The Structured Atom Model (SAM) is a theory that the nucleus of the atom is structured. It grows in a predictable and logical manner primarily using the shapes of the tetrahedron and the icosahedron. This structure determines the properties of the elements and is related to the electron orbital shells.
I've been working with Edo Kael the creator of this theory for 6 years, I developed the "Atom Viewer" a single page app built into Drupal that Edo uses to create possible nuclei based on his theory. The image of the nucleus on the cover of the book was created with this program
